THE SUIT:

A deep, deep charcoal, almost black, with a tonal windowpane. Falls between a "too boring" plain black and a "too forward" contrasting color pattern. An assertive pattern in a tonal so the suit can be quite conservative with a white shirt and quiet tie. Punch it back up with a pastel shirt and tie or go open collar. Seven inch drop adds to the slim modern silhouette.
